Partnering in Business with Germany is tailored to your needs
Are you looking for new business partners from abroad? Would you like to gain access to new target markets? And without much effort? Partnering in Business with Germany offers contacts to well-prepared entrepreneurs from currently 18 partner countries.
Your benefits from participating
in the partnership programme
Managers from the partner countries visit your company to get to know each other – either as a group or for individual co-operation talks.
either as a group or for individual co-operation talks. Your company benefits in various ways:
You benefit from direct contacts:
During each visit, you will meet managers from around 20 international companies that are interested in doing business in Germany. As the discussions are held in English, you can make direct contact with the decision-makers. In exceptional cases, we provide interpreters.
Suitable partners:
Through targeted pre-selection, the programme ensures that you come into contact with suitable entrepreneurs. Both sides benefit from the mutual exchange by gaining access to new target markets with sales potential with which few economic relationships have existed to date. These contacts often form the basis for long-term co-operation.
Conclusion of contracts:
The selected managers come to you with concrete business ideas. Business works best face-to-face when the business partners know, trust and appreciate each other. The on-site exchange typical of the programme with real insights into business practice is ideal for this.
Self-promotion:
You have the opportunity to present your products and services to foreign entrepreneurs in online or face-to-face meetings. Visits from foreign managers help to raise the profile and reputation of your company abroad.
How the funding programme works
The programme carefully and comprehensively prepares foreign managers for cooperation with your company.
Entrepreneurs familiarise themselves with German business culture, understand the advantages of high German quality standards, environmental protection, fair working conditions and adherence to deadlines and contracts and are aware of their importance for the long-term success of cooperation with German partners.
Foreign decision-makers gain comprehensive knowledge of the German market.
They know the requirements for submitting detailed offers and formulating their own needs for products and services. Throughout the entire programme, the participating managers will be able to substantiate promising cooperation projects with potential German business partners.
Support from Business Development Centres in Germany ensures that the managers are specifically prepared for B2B meetings from the start of the programme.
How can my company find new cooperation partners through Partnering in Business with Germany?
As a German company, you can participate in the programme in two ways: Invite a group of foreign managers to your company and exchange experiences (company visits). This will give you an insight into the foreign market and help you find interesting partners.
You can also make individual contact with foreign companies and explore future co-operation (B2B).
Every year, an average of 700 company visits and over
over 2,000 B2B meetings take place. Around two thirds of the participating
German companies involved are SMEs.
