Note on the accessibility of this website

This website is intended exclusively for business customers (B2B) and not for consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). For this reason, we are subject to limited legal requirements regarding digital accessibility in accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG). In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and German versions of the Note on the accessibility of this website, the German version shall prevail.

What does the BFSG stipulate?

From June 28, 2025, the BFSG will require providers to ensure the accessibility of certain product- and service-related offerings, especially those aimed at consumers. These include, for example:

    • Websites and mobile apps aimed at consumers
    • E-commerce platforms
    • Electronic communication services
    • Self-service terminals (e.g., ATMs or ticket machines)

For exclusively B2B-oriented offerings—such as this website—the law does not provide for comprehensive accessibility requirements. This means that we are not required to implement all accessibility standards in accordance with EU standard EN 301 549.

What does this mean specifically?

This website is designed and its content tailored to the requirements of our commercial target group. Its design and implementation take economic proportionality into account, but do not fully comply with the requirements for accessible consumer offerings.

Our commitment

Despite the legal exemption, it is important to us to make our content as accessible as possible. If you encounter any barriers or need assistance, please contact us—we will be happy to help you individually.
